Resumo
Outros aspectos da teoria da justiça rawlsiana são examinados criticamente. O princípio da diferença rawlsiano é discutido e uma alternativa é sugerida. É arguído que a teoria de Rawls é uma teoria de justiça institucional ou política, mas não social. As posições de Rawls são comparadas com as de Kant e diferenças importantes são levantadas. Uma visão alternativa de justiça é esboçada e explica-se por que nenhum principio explícito de justiça pode ser dado.
