Resumo

Impactos sociais e Custos Sociais (CSs) podem ser desencadeados por uma diversidade de eventos. Estudos sobre Habitação Social (HS) que analisam CSs ainda são escassos. A análise específica de CSs para diferentes configurações de HS, localização e seu entorno  é essencial para mitigar impactos causados por projetos inadequados e o uso dos edifícios. Um método indutivo e brainstorming foram aplicados para avaliar a composição dos componentes de CSs. Os resultados são apresentados na forma de organização das componentes de CSs. As componentes de CSs, urbano, vizinhança, habitação e unidade, foram identificados para detalhar custos e fornecer um panorama de fatores vinculados a eles. Assim, subcomponentes como a mobilidade, perda de produtividade, infraestrutura de vizinhança e habitação, perda de valor da habitação, conforto e transformação foram identificados foram identificados. A pesquisa contribui para elucidar a produção de HS, com ênfase na mitigação de impactos sociais, orientando a implementação de melhorias contínuas de novos projetos e conjuntos habitacionais existentes, com processos participativos.
