Abstract:

The following article discusses the inclusion of small children in the educational system based on three essential aspects. The first aspect refers to the meaning of the inclusion proposal according to the theoretical reference proposed by Michel Foucault, GuattariDeleuze. Within this aspect, we search to understand the educational process concerning small children in the two educational networks that have been created and proposed for them - the childcare centers and the preschool- within the crisis of the disciplinal society. This first aspect leads to the question: why including children in the educational system? The second aspect discusses the children's right based on a perspective centered in the discursive, affirmative and propositional possibility of the children' s discourse. The last aspect that is discussed in the article is "difference": here, we emphasize the urgency of developing differences. Each child's difference becomes effective in the child' s come-tobe, which this article tries to considero

Key-words: Early childhood education. Children's right. Difference.
