Resumo
O artigo apresenta bases da teoria da espiral do silêncio para mostrar como fatores de influência do clima de opinião ajudam a compreender o processo eleitoral. A análise feita é sobre as eleições de 1983 na Alemanha.
Abstract
The article is based on the theory of the spiral of silence and it shows how the elements that influence the climate of opinion contribute to understand the electoral process. It explains the case of the 1983 German elections.
