Resumo

O objetivo do artigo é refletir, a partir de uma perspectiva de gênero, sobre a liderança política e o estilo comunicativo no Twitter (1078 tuítes) durante a campanha eleitoral na Andaluzia de 2018. Analisamos, através de uma análise quantitativa de conteúdo, as possíveis brechas de gênero. Os dados demonstram que as mulheres políticas mostram um estilo particular de comunicação: são mais visíveis na rede social, colocam issues femininos na agenda e demonstram um estilo de liderança forte e personalista próximo às organizações partidárias em seus territórios. Cabe seguir elaborando a análise, aprofundando em comprovar se nosso marco de análise e conclusões para as eleições andaluzas podem ser transferidas ou explicar dinâmicas semelhantes em outras realidades ou se, pelo contrário, variáveis institucionais ou contextuais definem mais consistentemente a comunicação política dos líderes.
