Resumo
O presente texto corresponde a uma aplicação da hipótese de instabilidade financeira aos problemas colocados pela integração financeira internacional para as políticas fiscal e monetária. Além de desenvolver uma abordagem por fluxos de fundos para o balanço de pagamentos e a determinação da taxa de câmbio, o autor trata alguns aspectos do corrente cenário de integração financeira internacional.
