Abstract
The Innovation and Technological Prospecting for Agribusiness (RIPA) Network was established under the CT-Agro/FINEP/CNPq as part of a strategy focused on collaborative arrangement to promotion the innovation in agriculture in Brazil. This paper describes the instruments that were usedto detect threats and opportunities, as well as to characterize the demands involving corporate governance and a model based on shared and regional development.
