Abstract
The wonderful landscape of the Guanabara ́s bay has been modified by an occupation process of the space around. The bucolic landscapes of yesterday shows today some degradation aspects. It is characterized by irregular occupations, evidencing a strong process of “favela” growing. It’s necessary to find solutions to minimize and revert this canary. This paper shows a discussion about this critical theme.
