Abstract
Intelligent management of cultural heritage is becoming a key tool to promote local development. Various resource revaluation initiatives, linked to river axes or extensive cultural landscapes, and also aimed to preserve the identity of the area, are being developed in Catalonia. This article discusses two novel figures, two industrial heritage master plans in the upper basins of the Llobregat and Ter-Freser river basins.
