Abstract

This article aims to deepen the debate on the use of digital technologies in the documentation process of the village of Thillois, located in the northeast of France. It is a heritage built, almost destroyed, during the First World War, which was the object of a real reconstruction in the post-war period. The proposed analysis seeks to enlighten how these technologies have allowed access to period documents, in addition to enriching the documentation that was produced during the development of the research, revealing details of the heritage before and after the reconstruction. Thus, it is expected to contribute both to the process of registering this heritage and to the recognition of its legacy.
