Abstract

In this study, we reflect on the relationship, in capitalism, between democracy, legal system and the State in the production of meanings when it comes to signifying themes such as land ownership, land uses and the subjects involved in these relationships of meanings. Our analysis takes as reference the text of the PNRA (National Agrarian Reform Plan) of the New Republic and extends its effects of meanings with its consequent drifts to the current discursivity.
