Resumo
Este artigo investiga o estado da arte de publicações sobre as soluções baseadas na natureza (SBN) a partir de uma perspectiva global e latino-americana, trazendo um enfoque particular para os alagamentos urbanos. A partir de uma revisão sistemática de literatura, buscou-se compreender: (i) como o conceito de natureza é abordado pelas SBN e como suas estratégias se conectam aos biomas locais e às práticas comunitárias; (ii) quais são as estratégias comumente empregadas contra os alagamentos urbanos; (iii) como a América Latina tem avançado nesse campo; e (iv) as lacunas que ainda existem nesse escopo temático. Os resultados revelam a dominância global da Europa na implementação prática das SBN e o foco conceitual na América Latina, enfatizando a necessidade de estratégias localizadas e orientadas pela comunidade que integrem biomas locais, ecossistemas e contextos culturais para aprimorar a eficácia e a inclusão social das soluções baseadas na natureza.
