Resumo
Este artigo analisa as gramáticas categoriais com o objetivo de responder às questões: "tudo pode acontecer no léxico?" e "existe uma divisão real de trabalho entre os processos sintático e lexical?" A autora conclui que as Gramáticas Categoriais Gerais são ainda sintaxes de concatenação com as capacidades expressivas limitadas das gramáticas que não levam em conta o contexto.
