Abstract
Neste trabalho, apresentamos as principais características dos verbos descritivos em Apurinã: sua morfologia derivacional; seu comportamento morfossintático (diferentes tipos de agrupamento pronominal e S-Cindido e S-Fluido); e seu comportamento semântico (oposição entre stage/individual-level predicates e distinção entre tipos de aktionsart.). A partir disso, investigamos a estrutura argumental dos mesmos, com base na teoria de Hale e Keyser (2002), a fim de observar até que ponto os processos morfológicos contribuem para o entendimento da semântica e estrutura de tais verbos.
