Resumen

La arqueología enfrenta el desafío único de estirar las teorías sociales de la sexualidad en nuevas direcciones cronológicas y metodológicas. Este ensayo utiliza un análisis de prácticas de citas para considerar cómo las teorías queer y feministas se articulan con las investigaciones arqueológicas sobre la sexualidad. Tanto la teoría queer como las prácticas arqueológicas feministas aparecen como herramientas poderosas que pueden usarse para expandir las interpretaciones arqueológicas del género y la sexualidad.
