Influence of international organisms on educational policies: is there intervention only when there is consent?

Abstract

This review presents considerations about the work entitled "Influence of international organisms on educational policies: there is intervention only when there is consent" written by Silvia Regina Canan in 2016. The book develops its course around the discussion about the influences of international organisms in Brazilian education For the discussions, the author describes the trajectory of these influences as well as reflections on teacher education in this panorama called globalization, which comprises three chapters besides the preface, introduction and final considerations.
