Abstract
The present work seeks to reflect on the techniques of per-formative acting on the border between theater and perfor-mance, based on the polyvalence of the methodology of La Pocha Nostra, in the training of artists. Through a dive in preparation, creation and acting exercises, during the group workshops of performance, it was possible to understand their didactics and to observe the double exercise of the pre-sential artists, being subject and object of the action at the same time; in other words, acting yourself.
