Abstract
Based on what we could call a phenomenology of science, I desire to map some of the stories describing Chilean October and how we can appreciate the tension between experiences of time in the city's occupation. Instead of efficient production and administration of work, an extended subversive time appears, which interferes with the logic of efficiency, countering the time of control of the state of exception. Thinking about the "social boom" as insubordination of time allows us to understand the dynamics of life and experience that has taken place in this social process in Chile. We present choice as the node to raise a critique of the representative foundation of our current democracies. Finally, LasTesis’ feminist collective action "A violator in your way" offers us a good example of this type of insubordination.
