TRANSFERÊNCIA DE TECNOLOGIA: ALGUMAS NOTAS INTRODUTÓRIAS PARA PENSAR UM MODELO DE ANÁLISE

Abstract

Existe uma multiplicidade de abordagens e entendimentos possíveis sobre tecnologia. Grande parte dessas abordagens foram construídas na segunda metade do século XX. Uma das principais contribuições dadas, nesse campo, veio da Escola de Frankfurt. Essa Escola, que na década de 60, início da década de 70, abrigava alguns dos mais brilhantes pensadores da esquerda crítica de todos os tempos, caracterizou-se por uma leitura crítica dos escritos de Karl MARX. Entre os pensadores dessa escola podemos destacar Jürgen HABERMAS. Os escritos desse autor proporcionam um modelo instigante para se pensar um aspecto particular dessa tecnologia, a sua transferência. Discutir esse modelo, utilizando os conceitos habermasianos de “mundo da vida” e “sistemas dirigidos pelos meios poder e moeda” é uma possibilidade levantada no presente artigo.

Abstract

It exists a multiplicity of focuses and possible understandings on technology. Great part of those focuses was built in the second half of the century XX. One of the main given contributions, in that field, came from the School of Frankfurt. That School, that in the decade of 60, beginning of the decade of 70, sheltered some of the most brilliant thinkers of the left critic of all the times, it was characterized by a critical reading of Karl MARX'S writings. Among the thinkers of that school we can highlight Jürgen HABERMAS. That author's writings provide an interesting model to think an aspect peculiar of that technology, its transfer. To discuss that model, using the concepts habermasianos of “world of the life” and “systems driven by the means cannot and coin” is a possibility lifted in the present article.
