Resumen
En este artículo partimos de las provocaciones instaladas por el cortometraje “Os Sapatos de Aristeu”, dirigido por René Guerra, para conducir el debate sobre cómo el tema de la corporeidad ha sidoabordado por la Arqueología y, particularmente, por la Arqueología Amazónica. Reflexionamos el cuánto la producción académica sobre género y teoría Queerha impregnado este campo y a través de cuáles fundamentos teóricos el tema ha ganado relieve. Con base en este cotejo, también señalamos algunos rumbos que la teoría Queerle ofrece al campo, destacando cómo esta dialoga con el universo material amazónico y el potencial de una posicionalidad Queer, más allá de un supuesto engranaje teórico ya establecido.
