Abstract

Apesar de ter sido publicado em 1992, o que poderia significar que já estivesse ultrapassado, este livro aborda uma questão ainda pouco difundida entre os lingüistas brasileiros, e aponta para uma implicação séria entre a teoria e a análise gramatical, que também tem recebido um tratamento descuidado na tradição lingüística brasileira.
