Abstract

The presente propo- stract saIs for the teaching of Mathematics demand a new vision about the teachingofthis discipline. Mathematics teacher training with this new vision is the goal to be achieved by the modern programs ofteacher traning. In order to understand the new trends required for the training of this professional, it is important to characterize the desired posture he should acquire. In this paper we will describe this new posture of the mathematics teacher and also the needed reforms in the programs of teacher training for achieving innovations in educational practice.
