Walking with the enchanted : the learning doing and the liberating ideas of Paulo Freire in the formation of archaeologists in Rio Grande do Sul

Abstract

The following text expresses the form of learning of archeology that presents the archeological formation of teacher trainers who without intention promoted the interactionist, liberating and emancipatory Freiriana formation in archeology. Professors Bartomeu Meliá, Guilherme Naue, Fernando La Sálvia, Daniel Gargnin and André Jacobus were instigating trainers for the way of doing it, more than by an institutionalized act of teaching. An important premise of the formation of archaeologists in Brazil that preceded in parallel the institutional formation that was developed in only one educational institution in the country. This formation of learning by doing is peculiarly a form discussed that faced by Paulo Freire in the studies of Andragogia (which in his time still spoke in Pedagogy).
