Abstract
This paper tried to experience the dérive and the psychogeography, techniques from the cultural movement called Situationist International, in downtown Recife. After a historical presentation and theoretical foundation of the situationists practices the paper reports part of the technical process experimentation, develops a thought on the evaluation of situationists hypotheses verified in experiments and examines the relevance of a possible and new exciting conjecture: the hypothesis of the alleys as improvers of dérive process.
