Resumen

El objetivo del estudio fue determinar y comparar el ritmo cardíaco y el índice de esfuerzo percibido
durante el juego entre el tenis de Mesa (TM) y los juegos virtuales en Kinect Xbox (TTK) y Nintendo
Wii (TTW). El estudio incluyó a 12 hombres con 21.8 ± 3.1 (años), 81 ± 11.24 (kg) and 176 ± 7 (cm).
Han sido obtidas respuestas cardiovasculares similares, durante el juego, para el promedio del ritmo
cardíaco en TTW (83,67 ± 16,7 lpm) y TTK (89,67 ± 16,32 lpm), pero durante el TM se observa una
mayor demanda cardiovascular (103,50 ± 23,9 lpm). El PSE media encontrada em TTW (1,5 ± 0,67
ua) fue estadísticamente menor que en el TM (2,67 ± 0,78 ua), pero no difieren del TTK (2 ± 1,04 ua).
Los resultados sugieren que el tenis de mesa virtual, en ambas consolas, no es eficiente para aumentar
la demanda cardiovascular.
