Meio e normas do homem no trabalho

Resumo

As reflexõesfilosófica e política feitas por G: Canguilhem do livro Problemes humains du machinisme industriel de Georges Friedmann, datado de 1946, destacam, dentre outros aspectos, o rigor da análise do trabalho sob o governo taylorista, ancorada nos saberes de diferentes disciplinas, e as conseqüências daquele para a condição humana, nela sobressaindo a filosofia humanista deste autor. Estas reflexões, cujo âmago é o homem ser da norma e, por isso mesmo, [re]propõe, modificando, o meio em que vive e trabalha, é de extrema importância e atualidade para o entendimento e análise do trabalho e de suas mudanças em curso, sobretudo, porque o regime de produção de saberes sobre os mesmos, e não somente no meio universitário, nos últimos 20 anos, guardam a herança daquele governo quanto às modelizaçõesque encetam do homem notrabalho. De novo, tem-se, pois, o embate entre duas representações do homem, e não só no meio de trabalho.

Abstract:

The philosophical and political reflections made by G. Canguilhem about the book Problemes humains du machinisme industriel of Georges Friedmann (1946), are noted for, among other aspects, the rigor of analysis of work under tayloristic command anchored in the wisdom of different disciplines, and the consequences of this for the human condition, underlining the humanist philosophy ot this author. These reflections, whose essence is that man being the norm and, for this, (re)produces, modifying the milieu in which he lives and works is of extreme importance and opportune for the understanding and analysis of work and of the changes in course, mosdy because the regime of production of wisdom about these, and not only in the university milieu in the last 20 years, guards the legacy of that command that patterns that begin from man in work. Again, what we have is the clash betWeen two representations of man, and not only in the milieu of work.
