Abstract
We are pleased to anuciar another edition of RDBCI. This edition has as its theme, the "The Universe of librarianship in different information environments with the use of Open Technologies" and a great novelty. In addition to the contribution of an original text in Inlges in also toast with other excellent works translated into the same language, thus fulfilling with one of the goals we set ourselves the editorial policies mentioned in the previous edition. RDBCI: Revista Digital de Biblitoeconomia e Ciência da Informação / Digital Journal of Library and Information Science uses the Creative Commons (CC) license, thus preserving the integrity of articles in an open access environment, in which:
