Abstract
This paper intends to presente the ways in which the contents referring to the history of Soure manifest themselves in Social Integration discipline, in E.R.C. Stella Maris Institute from the educational reform instituted by Law 5.692 / 71 imposed by the military civil dictatorship in Brazil and Pará State. The content insertion of local history will be presente as element marked by the power relations present in the curriculum development. The local knowledge, articulated as school subject is treated as a result of social disputes that are established, produced, negotiated and reproduced in school. The text continues highlighting two stages of curriculum implementation. The first articulating ways to produce local history with documents relating to the years 1974 to 1980, the second presenting the school documentation from 1983 to 1985, presenting signs of change and permanence in this history, following the dictatorial process to Brazilian redemocratization.
