Resumo
This paper reports on the results of a research project aimed at investigating the process of writing and rewriting of rubrics for text production experienced by fourteen teachers of a private institution located in Maringá, Parana State. Purpose, genre, circulation sites and interlocutor were taken as criteria for judging the appropriateness of the rubrics produced.
