Resumen
Frente a la miríada de modelos de intervención psicoterapéuticos centrados principalmente en el tratamiento de psicopatologías, nos enfrentamos al reduccionismo teórico-metodológico en la forma en que calificamos la psicoterapia en términos de sus aspectos internos microsociales. En el entendido de que necesitamos observar los aspectos sociales y relacionales de estas intervenciones, el objetivo de esta investigación fue describir y analizar las prácticas interaccionales que emergen en el uso del lenguaje en el contexto de una interacción psicoterapéutica en una clínica privada en el sur de Brasil. Como marco teórico-metodológico, se utilizó el Análisis de Conversación Basado en Etnometológicos. Los resultados apuntan a la importancia del análisis sobre la negociación de las instancias epistémicas de los interagentes y la agenda institucional como temas de impacto a las intervenciones clínicas. Destacamos el uso de prácticas interaccionales como movimientos realizados por interagentes para coordinar acciones sociales en el ámbito clínico.
