Abstract
The proposal of this article is to describe Mathematics teachers perception concerning the Mathematical Modelling in the teaching-learning. Using the qualitative perspective, I made open interviews which is based I the free association of ideas concept. When approaching the data, I used the Content Analysis, and the categorization technique in particular. I would like to point out that the teachers agree that the Mathematical Modeling brings advantages to the Mathematics learning. However, the teachers recognize by themselves that there are obstacles.
