Resumo
Frente à miríade de modelos de intervenção em psicoterapia focados principalmente no tratamento de psicopatologias, enfrentamos reducionismo teórico-metodológico na forma como qualificamos a psicoterapia em termos dos seus aspectos internos microssociais. Com o entendimento de que precisamos observar os aspectos sociais e relacionais dessas intervenções, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi descrever e analisar as práticas interacionais que emergem no uso da linguagem no contexto de uma interação psicoterapêutica em uma clínica privada no sul do Brasil. Como arcabouço teórico-metodológico, utilizamos a Análise da Conversa de base etnometodológica. Os resultados apontam para a importância da análise sobre a negociação das instâncias epistêmicas das/os interagentes e da agenda institucional como questões de impacto às intervenções clínicas. Destacamos o uso de práticas interacionais como movimentos feitos pelas/os interagentes para coordenar as ações sociais no setting clínico.
