Abstract
Looking for a sense to teaching Mathematics, I suggest a Mathematicity of the human being and believe in the Mathematics teaching like an Education of the Mathematicity. Then, I was were seduced to see more carefully one of its aspects that I baptized as the evocative character of the Mathematics. In this article, I will try to identify it and its educative possibilities by taking as example the evocations suggested by the concept of variable, that make emerge its provocative tone and its convocative appeal.
