The home as a place of study and binding

Abstract

Considering that all houses can be places of study and attachments, we propose an essay about A Casa Tombada’s experience, a space that conduct studies and researches about the fields of art, culture and education from its principles (values), vertexes (ways of studying) and vortexes (encounters with the development). We are going to think about the house as the place for the exercise of the oral and written word, of conversation as an experience; of practicing the trust in the dialectical process of welcoming and of being welcomed in thoughts, feelings and sayings to each other in a territory of studies; and, at last, of the practice of daily attention and the risk of asking questions about one’s own existence.
