The theme of discourse genres has been much discussed and, since the National Curricular Parameters, with emphasis on its relation to teaching. Specifically, the dossier “Discourse genres, writing and teaching” aims to gather articles that present analysis and/or theoretical reflections about writing learning, relating it to practices of teaching and to discourse genres.
